History and present day

ROSIVA Šumperk s.r.o. was established in 1998 as the continuation of trading activities of the physical entity with its focus on Balkan countries and aimed at supporting and realizing trade between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The origin of these activities reaches back to the year 1992. Throughout its existence, the company acquired new theoretical understanding and practical experience with the implementation of commercial, social and humanitarian activities. This experience led to a transformation from a purely trading company to a company offering consulting services.

At present, the activities of ROSIVA Šumperk s.r.o. are focused primarily on:

- consulting services for Czech companies looking to extend their production and trading
activities to Serbia and Montenegro
- consulting services for Serbian companies looking to extend their production and trading
activities to the Czech Republic
- consulting and advice for Czech investors in Serbia and Montenegro
- consulting and advice for the municipal government of the Czech Republic in the area of
regional cooperation with Serbia and Montenegro
- operation of the Internet portal www.newbalkan.com
